In the designed manganese ore beneficiation plant, there are feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, washing machine, magnetic separator, flotation machine and dryer etc. In this, plant, jaw crusher and cone crusher work together to crush the raw manganese ore into proper sizes to enter the ball mill. Ball mill is used to grind the manganese ore into powder or smaller particles for further beneficiation. After grinding, we need washing machine to remove the dust or impurities out. Magnetic separator is for rough concentration while flotation machine is used for fine concentration. And after being dried in the dryer, we finally get manganese concentrate.
